- Mechanically and practically knowledge
- The capability to work autonomously
- Understanding of hydraulics, electrics, and building
- Health and Safety conscious
- Take care and responsibility for your work area
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience on building/construction
- Previous experience working with elevator installations
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to undergo further training
