Staffing Agency is a leading national recruitment company. We are looking for Office and Logistics Administrator
for our client located in Wiri, Auckland
to start Immediately. Permanent Position.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General office administration and reception duties including: Dealing with visitors, consumables ordering, couriers, control of service contracts, organization of functions / catering.
- Organising the movement of specific goods to customers (couriers)
- Ensuring that all paperwork relating to customer orders is current and complete
- Participate in site safety and environmental initiatives.
- Any other reasonable requests made by management.
- Intermediate/ Advanced MS Office Suite.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationship.
- Organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Quick Learner and able to take ownership of the position
- Administrative and customer service skills.
- Previous experience within an office environment / administration experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing Process desirable.
- Experience dangerous goods and freight is advantageous but not essential
