Staffing Agency is a national recruitment company is seeking a reliable and organised  Front of House Concierge  to support office space operations within a professional corporate workplace in  Parnell, Auckland.
We are seeking a professional and personable Concierge to deliver a high-quality front-of-house experience. As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting day-to-day reception operations.

Service Parameters
  • This is a  concierge-focused role  and does not include full FOH / Workplace Coordinator role.
  • No ownership of facilities management, event planning, vendor coordination, or financial processes
  • Limited system access (e.g., Envoy, Slack) required for daily operations
  • Onsite role:  Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and communication style
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Confident in managing front-of-house interactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional approach
  • Manage visitor check-in and check-out processes using Envoy, and promptly notify hosts
  • Provide wayfinding assistance and general information to visitors
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area at all times
  • Assist with light catering coordination and support small event setups near reception
  • Monitor front entry points and follow established access and security procedures
  • Handle incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries, including logging and notifying recipients
  • Act as a central information point and escalate queries or issues when required
