Location:  Papatoetoe, AUCKLAND, 2104
Hours:  Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00PM

Join a respected, industry-leading company specialising in independent safety gear. We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated Embroidery Operator to become an integral part of our high-performing production team.

About the Role: As a Value-Add Operator, you will be responsible for operating embroidery equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall production outcomes. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate embroidery machines to deliver high-quality embroidery on various garments.
  • Operate heat press equipment to apply logos, names, and branding elements accurately and safely.
  • Prepare garments and materials according to work orders and customer specifications.
  • Produce digitised embroidery designs and samples to support product development and quality assurance.
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout all stages of production to ensure a defect-free final product.
  • Maintain and perform routine upkeep on embroidery and heat press machines.
  • Support warehouse operations including packing, shipment preparation, stock control, and general housekeeping.
  • Assist the retail team with customer service and stock-related duties as required.
About You:
  • Proven experience operating embroidery and heat press machines with technical accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with various fabric types, including flame-retardant (FR) materials.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in embroidery software and general computer applications.
