Staffing Agency is a leading national recruitment company. We are looking for Call Centre/Customer Service Representative
for our client located in Lower Hutt
to start Immediately.
Working hours:
Available to work a rotating 30 day roster Monday to Friday between the hours of 10.00am - 8.00pm & to work 1 weekend shift each fortnight.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex queries when necessary.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet daily call handling targets and performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
