About the role
We are seeking a proactive Office Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leadership and the wider team. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, organizing events, and ensuring smooth day?to?day office operations.

Key Duties
- Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and time management
- Arrange staff travel and maintain company calendar for events/meetings
- Support team event organization and social committee activities
- Inventory and ordering of office supplies
- Maintain kitchen and common area organization
- Record minutes during Board Meetings (optional)
- General office administration as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft M365, Teams, Outlook
- Strong organizational and calendar management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in med?tech industry (preferred, not required)
- Ability to multitask and support a dynamic team environment
